You can't, currently ibooks bought from Apple can only be read in the iBooks app on an iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, so you will need to sync it to one of those devices.

thanks for answering this question, I am blown away that we cannot view on a computer. What is this, 2002? I'll stick with Kindle from now on, thanks.
