I can't advise other than quote the wiki:

In 1993 development was stopped. On 31 March 1994 Claris stopped selling Resolve, the program was supported up until 31 March 1995. Claris suggested existing Resolve users to upgrade to the spreadsheet module of ClarisWorks.

And a couple of previous threads

I never used resolve, but yes I did use Claris, then AppleWorks, its successor.

Definitely, you CANNOT do that in Lion. According to available indo, the easiest way is to save as.../export those files in Claris/AW running in Mac OS 9 or emulated in Mac OS X until Tiger included, then, once saved in AW 6, proceed with newer apps. If you do not have access to an older PPC mac, try with one running 10.6.x (Snow Leopard) or earlier, install Appleworks 6, and see whether you can open REsolve in that app. If yes, save as... or export it as SYLK, then open in a new generation app.

I am afraid you do not have a simple and outright solution.
