Yes, you can subscribe to iTunes Match on your iPhone using your Apple ID

Oh, sorry. You can't subscribe to iTunes Match using an iPhone. You really need a computer to do so. Once you are subscribe to match you can associate your iPhone to use match. Here's how to subscribe :
