Check the time and date are correct and being updated to your location in system preferences
You know facebook tracks you when you log out right? it's these things that are doing this
Facebook changes it's cookies when you log out, so then on websites they can track you

I have the same problem, only on one mac, and I don't use facebook. I have never logged on! I have cleared everything in safari and even deleted the plist and cache files... and the popup persists. if you go to the link its just a simple little image. I was hoping to delete the certificate, but the a248.akamai.net certificate that is "mismatched" is not visible in keychain so I can't simply remove it. I could delete GTE CyberTrust but it is used by other services.
Any advice other than empty this and that would be great. Thanks
I think i have solved it by going to my Keychain access then i went to Login (on the left side). I selected the static.ak.facebook.com or whatever it was...and deleted it and so far i havent got that annoying pop up message.
