import voice memo`s only, from iphone 4 to Mac pro.

in the music, sync music tab is "include voice memo`s", however when I click "sync music"

it reads "Are you sure you want to sync music? All existing songs and playlists on the iPhone “This iPhone” will be replaced with songs and playlists from your iTunes library."

so its telling me that before I even get a chance to click "selected playlists, artist,albums.."

will it give me a chance to change to that before trying to erase all the songs on my iphone?

I only want to transfer the voice memos to my mac how can I do this?
