Break apart not behaving as expected

With dual mono audio break apart used to open two audio tracks. It now only seems to one as one audio track, doing the same as detach audio.

Thanks for the link. Clearly this is not working as designed. It can't be the software's intent that you have to do this operation twice, when in previous builds this worked correctly. Even if you detach the audio and then break it appart, you still have to break it apart twice to get two tracks. Seems clearly a bug to me with a clumsy workaround. Thanks again.
