Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Tried running the software update several times on a late 2010 macbook, the version still states that it is 10.6.7 i wouldn't be to fussed normally but i have a new 4S that i want to set up and it needs the latest version of itunes which is only available with 10.6.8...
Please, pretty please help us out!!!!

First try a Permissions Repair using Disc Utility...
Verify or Repair Disk Permissions
Then Restart your Mac...
Next...
Go here > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1399 and Download and Install the Combo Update.
After a Successful Install be sure to Restart your computer.
