The destinations can be managed in a new tab in the preferences. You can add and remove destinations to best suit your needs (for example, if you always use vimeo and not youtube, or vice versa, you can keep the one(s) you use available at the menu).
It is different, so it may take a bit getting used to, but it is a lot more flexible.
You can even create named presets and add them to the menu.
And I just realized there is a "Bundle" option. I am guessing you can use it to create multiple exports at the same time. Cool!
The Bundle can be renamed in preferences.
