I did as suggested above restarted tried to get itunes to start nothing happening but the same error codes

I think it started when windows for vista service pack 2 with windows server 2008

windows server 2008 service pack 2 and windows vista service pack 2 all language stand alone kb948465

thats when things went nuts and error given 7 193
