I added extra purchased singles to an already existing album and on my ipod touch it shows duplicates (that dont play)
How can I remove them as it isn't shown in itunes?

Remove all copies of all tracks from the album on the iPod by swiping and deleting, then resync.

It won't let me delete them and they aren't functional duplicates. I have added songs before to an album and not had this much trouble.
Any other suggestions? I have deleted the album re added songs to it to no avail.
I've had such tracks/albums that I could still swipe to delete. If you just can't do it any other way then back up and restore the device.
