How do i get the links to work?

Hi, I have the same problem as above but 2 questions. 1. how do i reinstall Mac OS X Update v10.6.8 Combo v1.1? Its over 1Gb and when i follow the links above nothing happens. 2. The same happens when i try to reinstall the security update. Help!
