Differences in dimensions and camera positioning btwn iPad 3 and iPad 4?

I am thankful that my local Apple Store (Bridgeport Village, OR) let me return my iPad 3 after buying it about 32 days ago (I got it the same day that the iPhone 5 launched). To that end, I had an Invisible Shield by Zagg protecting the front and a Gelaskin protecting the back.

Does anyone know whether the dimensions of the new iPad 4 are expected to match the iPad 3? I assume that it will also accept the Smart Cover for the iPad 3.
