When I try to download Facebook from my Iphone4, it tells me that I need ios 5 upgrade. How do I do this?

You can only update to iOS 6 now. If you want to do this, connect your phone to iTunes and you will probably get a pop-up telling you that an update is available. If not, click on the name of your phone on the left side of iTunes, go to the Summary tab to the right, then click on Check for Update. Be sure to back up your phone before updating it. This process is outlined here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4623 under "Update your device using iTunes". (Updating wirelessly can only be done if you are already running iOS 5 or later.)
