How do I put all my music from my ipod onto my new computer ?

i just moved out of my mom's house which had the computer that i would use to sync my iPod touch. I just bought a used PC and have downlaoded the newest version of iTunes onto it, but when I try to sync my iPod, none of my music, playlists, movies, or pictures are transfered over from my iPod into my Itunes library. Is there a way to get everything transfered over ? I signed both computers up for home sharing but I have no idea how to use it or if it will even help.
