I just got a macbook air 11 inch running 10.8.2 and tried bringing files from my "all computer back up toshiba hard drive." I pluged it in and the light on the hard drive turned blue instead of white. Nothing happens on my computer as well. PLEASE HELP! All my data is on my external hard drive and I don't no how to get to it!
