Forgot the answers to the two security questions and after repeated calls to tech support, they have basically told me tuff. We need at least one answer to a question to open the account which is now locked. I cannot believe that they need this when I have all the other pertenante information for the account. Now what do I dod?? Open a new account and start over?? Seems a bit ridiculous to me.Any suggetions would be great......
I'm having this same problem. Everywhere I look it says to "click on the reset answers" button, but that button doesn't seem to exist for me. Just bought two new iphones and can't use them on the store because we can't register our account to them. Hi Apple, this is me trying to give you money but you wont let me!
