my computer wont read the memory card, what do I do?

I'm being told that iMovie has to be up to date, and also that we need OS10.8. I'm downloading iMovie 9.0.6 and we'll see whether that works.

Was it working before and stopped, or is this the first time you have tried to read this card?

If it just stopped, what have you changed?

What happens when you insert the card? Nothing? An error message? What error message?
