MacBook Pro Retina with ghost images...

When I'm working with white backgrounds and change to gray background appear ghost images with the work that I'm doing on white backgrounds.

This for sure isn't normal...

And more.. i have 2 pixels dead in center of my display. i'm really disapointed with this laptop.

It's my first MAC and possibly the last one...

If you have dead pixels you can get the screen replaced under warranty. As for Ghosting, that happens on the LG panels even though it doesn't happen on the Samsung panels. If you only have ghosting issues, they may or may not replace the screen under warranty. They run a test first to see if the ghosting is within tolerable limits they have defined.


Mine had dead pixels on and I had a Samsung panel. They replaced it with a LG and that had the ghosting problem. When I took it in they said the unit was within spec...
