Home Sharing feature on PC won't integrate with Apple TV when iTunes is launched

when i restart my PC I have to open iTunes and manually "disable" Home Sharing ... and then re-activate the feaure with my Apple ID ... I would like this to happen automatically when I turn my PC on?
