Question, my Iphone 3gs will not send or receive picture messages. It gives a message not delivered, what could be wrong?

You may want to post this question in the iPhone category, kiddo. This one is for Legacy Macintosh computers.

You may want to start with the basic troubleshooting like force quitting all applications, hard reset, airplane mode toggle, resetting network settings.
