Is this normal?
Every photo I take at night has one of these purple strips in the center.
Is this normal? Am I entitled to a new phone? I've had it for 14 days.

No, that is not normal if every photo you take at night has that same purple stripe.
It is normal to get a purple haze, flare or spot on photos where a light source is just out of shot, but that will be different on each photo.
