why Apple in not counting the grace period of 30 days of replacement ipad-3 to ipad-4 in india and many others country also?

I am very angry From Apple. Tim cook is the worst CEO of Apple.

Thats why they got the CEO position when steve got sick badly. He does not deserve this position.

If Apple are going to launch ipad-4, then why they did not cut off off their price list of ipad-3 at lkeast one month before from the date of launch?

I Call Apple customer Care,on this number 1800 4250 744 , they cut off the phone hearing the "replacement" word of ipad-3 to ipad-4. This is the worst customer care support. One of Apple Customer care executive said ipad-4 still not launch from where you heard this? He said yesterday on 24 october 2012 at 10:30Pm from India Time.

what a customer support Apple.

They are not replying to my questions and they said their things what they want to or what Apple said to them to say to theirs customers when they call you.

Now i want to know that Apple Is exchanging Ipad-3 to ipad-4 or not in India? The 30 days period, will start from the day of launching of Ipad-4 or will they 30 days Start when Apple Launch their product in india?

Apple is sailing their product in india. If they do not count India from the date they announce iPad so why India is allowing them to business here? Means India have no value. Indian People have no value?

If I Know Ipad-4 is release so why would I purchase ipad-3? I would have wait till its release.

This is simply cheating.

I want my money back because I purchase my Ipad on 20 october from the dealor.

i want to refund my money.

If Apple is not responsible if dealor not return my money under 7 days policy, So who is reponsible? I bought Apple product? Why Apple allow to dealors to sale ipad or rest of the appple product if Apple is not responsible? Apple will give me guaranty/ warranty not the dealor.

I am going to consumer court in india if Dealor is not refund my money under 7 days refund policy.

I want my money back or replacement of ipad-3 to ipad-4.
