tried to restore factory settings on iphone itself and it got stuck to the logo but now its updating using itunes.

my iphone is stuck on apple logo what can i do?

ah read some advise and now updating.....glad but seems it will take long lol

directions:

open itunes on ya computer

insert the iphone USB and connect the iphone

hold the on/off button together with home button

when it bring the logo

release the on/off button

keep holding the home button

itunes will bring you options and then you follow 🙂
