HDD Questions

Also, I've heard of a FireWire HDD (or something of the
sort) what is it, and how does it work?
And, I've heard of something that allows you to link 2 HDD's (maybe external or something, I'm not sure), what is this and how does it work?
Also, how does an external HDD work?

Firewire (also known as iLink, 1394) is an interface standard used for external devices such as scanners, hard drives, video cameras, etc. Another popular standard is USB. Your Apple supports both standards, and either will work fine. If you want to use more than one external drive, you can do so with the extra ports apple provides.

External hard disk is... well, a hard disk that is contained in the special case, and connected to the computer through USB or FW.
