You can't ATV does not support the Enterprise encryption options. It is not an enterprise grade product and not ment to be used that way.
If the Apple TV is a 2nd or 3rd generation (the small, black versions), then you can configure it. Take a look at

We followed the steps and when we try to connect to our enterprise security wpa2 network we get a error message that says "your password is incorrect" with an error code of 9003. Our password is correct...no problem with same password connecting with iPhone. Just when we try Apple TV? Any thoughts/suggestions?

Yes, Apple TVs can connect to a enterprise network. I have mine connected. I used apple communicator. And it works great.
