FINDING JAVA PREFERENCES

I have been the gammit with the oracle 7 java and back.. I play out at yahoo games quite a bit and did restore the apple java successfully, but am looking to find the java preferences so that I might be able to check the font smoothing and such .. yahoo has horrible fonts on game table and not sure how to fix the readability... any help will be much appreciated. I looked in the utilities folder and saw nothing for java preferences...MAPGUY
