We aren't Apple employees on this forum, just Apple users offering help and advice so we won't be able to answer this directly. If I were you I would call Apple and find out the best option for you to get your new hard drive replaced.

I think you'll find that you need to deliver your system to Apple for the replacement, as iMacs don't have user-replaceable hard drives. You may have better luck finding an Apple Authorized Service Provider closer to you.
