pple is contacting affected iMac owners who provided a valid email address during the product registration process to let them know about this program. If you have not been contacted, but think you have a 1TB Seagate hard drive, you can enter your serial number below to see if it's part of this program.


maybe i self can change hard drive,if you send for me,because its to far go to apple retail store.

    I'm not sure if you're asking us here if we can send this for you or asking us for advice? We aren't Apple employees on this forum, just Apple users offering help and advice so we won't be able to answer this directly. If I were you I would call Apple and find out the best option for you to get your new hard drive replaced.

    I think you'll find that you need to deliver your system to Apple for the replacement, as iMacs don't have user-replaceable hard drives. You may have better luck finding an Apple Authorized Service Provider closer to you.
