Q: Missing episodes

Is there a way of contacting iTunes to get sensible answers on when missing TV series (or episodes) will be available? I've tried, several times, via my own account but the answers were nonsensical (as if I'd asked another question entirely).

You can generally only leave feedback for Apple (e.g. requesting an item, feature request etc), which they tend not to reply to unless they want more info. You might be better off contacting the relevant TV company as they are the ones who supply the content and grant Apple licenses to sell it.
