This disk cannot be used to start up your computer

I have bought mountain lion from apple appstore, but when i try install it. It says that " This disk cannot be used to start up your computer ".

I have iMac (Processir 2.5 Ghz Intel Core i5 / Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 / Startup Disk Macintosh HD) with Mac OS X Version 10.7.4.

Please guys help me to figure out how do i can install the new mountain lion...
