Medical Dictionary

Does anyone know of any medical dictionaries for the macbook? I'm taking a lot of health classes and it's frustrating to take notes when I'm unsure if the words are spelled correctly. Any suggestions? I'm open to even an app that I can take notes that stops this. Thanks for your help guys.
