Q: Corporate Iphone 5

At my job we have corp own work cell phones given to our salesmen when they are out in the field and it came to my attention that they don't have siri but they have an iphone 5.. How is this possible? and How do I get it on their phones?

Hopefully IT will allow the salesmen to have access per their request.
