Camera Not Working

The camera on my MacBook seems to not be working. If I open Photo Booth, it says "There is no connected camera" and up on the task bar under "Camera", it says "No Camera Available". I am a little confused because I use the camera all the time and I'm not sure what happened. Any ideas/suggestions?
