I get the following when I use Disk Utility.app to repair my permissions.

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Is this a major problem? I do find that my computer is a little buggy.

This is not the original HD, I upgraded to 500GB.
