i want to you cancle my account payment

sign in to your account, go to your account information, click the Edit Payment Information button, which is the second button from the top.
- On the Edit Payment Information page, select "None" from the list of credit card types. This will delete your billing information.
Be sure to click the Done button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
I want to change my payment imformation but i cant do it. Thay are say 'your payment cart was declined'
