Q: can i use siri with my bluetooth?

Can I use Siri with my bluetooth, such as telling it to answer an incoming call or to dial someone?  what about asking Siri to find the nearest gas station type of question?

You should with most headsets, however if you are trying to use it with a vehicle system, sometimes that won't work, especially if the vehicle has its own voice control.

Then I must be doing something wrong!  I have a plantronics bt; when i have a call coming in, i hear 'do you want to answer or ignore?'  I answer by just speaking and it does not hear me.  I have tried it in my car and in my home, as well as when i am walking the dog.

    any suggestions??

Is it a Voyager series? If so try pressing the answer button on the headset then talk.

That is what I have done, but why then would Siri ask me - when I have my BT turned on - to speak by ansking me a question?

What about the other features you see on TV - 'Where is the nearest..." or 'start a list'  ??

I just tried my Voyager headset with Siri and you don't have to press the answer button on the headset, just press the home button on your iPhone and when Siri appears, ask your question. You should see a little bluetooth symbol next to Siri's microphone icon.
