compressor want start job 4.0.5 snow leopard

a few weeks ago compress get hung up on a job and never finished i since then it want even start a job.. compressor 4.. has been working with no problem for long time.. I'm running Snow Leopard.. I have used fcs remover reinstalled and does the same thing any help!!
