how to get bookmarks from IPAD to Windows PC?

New to all of this. I just installed icloud, on IPAD and PC. I have the bookmarks from PC to my IPAd, but HOW DO I GET BOOKMARKS FROM IPAD TO PC ? Something I need to do?
