iOS 6 will not download on my iPad 3??

Try resetting...

Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Then try Settings > General > Software Update

If that didn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

Then try updating. No data is lost due to a reset.

Are you trying to update via wifi, or connected to your compuyer?

Is ur iPad jailbroken? This happened to me when I tried upgrading to iOS 6 on my jailbroken iPhone! Try upgrading using computer.

Jail broken???? It's barely used got It for ChristMas, it jus the one that uses wifi connection, I'm not in the usa cud dis be a problem..everything seems to work fine :(
