Apple never makes announcements before hand. Why would Apple owe someone money because the they didn't hear any rumors about an iPad 4? The logic of it defies me, honestly.


I bought my Early '09 Mac mini in MAY '09. The Late '09 Mac mini was introduced in NOV '09, seven months after the Early '09 Mac mini. I never dreamed that I should have received compensation.

I am in the same situation. I'm not looking for compensation, but I will say, I'm very disappointed on the early ipad 4 announcement only after the ipad 3 was only 7 months old. I acquired mine 60 days before the annoucement.


At least car manufactures might not announce the functions and features in the new model but you know when they come out!
