iTunes will not back up automatically if you are using iCloud.
Can you still back up to your computer but just not automatically?

Yes turn your icloud off on your phone , sync to itunes, then turn icloud back on , on your phone. You wont lose your backup from icloud doing this. It will still show your last backup in icloud on your phone.
I do this once a week to have a recent and multiple backups .
