Wi-fi is disabled

That's unfortunate. Try basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide. If that fails to resolve, take the device to Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.

On my i phone 4 s , the wifi (on-Off) Switch does not give me option to turn it on. I cant get it to be able to turn on.

Try reseting the network settings..!!

I have had this problem since upgrading to iOS 7.0.4 along with iTunes not syncing my music to my phone. I have tried all of the fixes and Apple finally said the 1 year old phone needs to go in for service. I don't think so. Galaxy here I come!

I reset every thing! I did the dance! I think it was when I updated . Do you think Apple can find out that the updated service is a problem
