Just recently my phone is going to "no service" for a longer duration of time... before I had LTE and 4G and it was pretty fast.. first time I have noticed it going to "No Service" ... I am wondering is this a problem with the phone or the service provider or both?

It appears that AT&T is having some major issues with their network. For us, it started a few hours ago. No service, no LTE only 4G, no voice mail. One my nieces experienced the same issue on an AT&T android device.

Thank you for your prompt and kind response. I was getting worried and started to think something was wrong with the device. We have two iphone 5 in the family and they are both doing the same thing... May be ATT is doing some upgrade or maintenance. Hopefully this doesn't continue as far as service. Thanks once again!
