HT1352 How can I disable Open Firmware account that has been enabled on my machine (Mac G5, OS X 10.4.11)?

I have no idea when Firmware Protection  was set up or what password is? Is there a way to disable or override?

PowerMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), G5 Tower
