Q: apple TV cannot sign into photostream

I have been struggling for weeks now to get photostream up on the apple TV. When I go to photostream, it tells me its unable t sign in, as the icloud terms of service have changed, pressing OK repeatedly makes no difference, I cannot acept the new terms from here. NOr do I get that option on icloud.com. Can anyone please tell me how I can get this to work?

these steps worked for me http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4425
Some people reported they have not , but its worth a try.

shame, it doesnt help me as I dont want to have IOS6 on my phone (dont wanna loose Google maps) and I cannot upgrade to 10.8.2 on my mac, as it doesnt have the speed and space anymore to do that.

So if I understand correctly, Apple is forcing me to use their latest software if I want all my devices to keep communicating with each other? #epicfail

Does anyone have any workarounds, hacks or creative ideas to solve this?
