outlook 2010 contact not syncing

All of a sudden, iTunes not syncing with my contacts file in Outlook 2010. My calendar syncs fine. As well as podcasts. I have deleted the Hotmail add-in. I have set "reset sync" option multiple times. I do have multiple Outlook contact files, but only one is set as Default. The phone numbers for my Favorites on my iPhone 4s are there, but no names. It seems to me that iTunes is Not reading or reaching out to the Contact files in Outlook. Help? (Windows 7 Professional).
