Reset your Era:

To reset your ERA, please start with the charger REMOVED from any power source and connect the Jawbone to the micro-USB charging adapter. Next, please hold the Jawbone's Talk button while connecting the charger to a power source (either an active wall outlet or a USB port into a computer that is powered on). Once the charger is fully connected to the power source please release the Talk button. You should see the red light flash on and then continue to glow/pulse. From here, remove your Jawbone from the charger and pair your Jawbone back to your phone.

Thanks, tried all that and no go. I ended up doing a restore on the iPhone 5 and Bluetooth is now playing nicely once again. The Jawbone would pair with my wife's iPhone 4S as well as other bluetooth devices, just nothing with the iPhone 5. Don't want to turn Bluetooth off again at present. Not in the mood to find out if I would have to do a restore.
