Error #2032 in Safari

getting this error which is supposedly from flash player, this happens when i use a website that uses webcam (example chatroulette)

However my webcam fully works on aplications such as skype and also on the internet such as on chatroulette but on a couple of sites it displays a line (grey boy with black line) saying "

#2032 Stream Error" underneith but on my imac it works perfectly.
