Help - not receiving emails on iPhone-locked out?
Have at and t - works on the web but not on my computer - maybe locked out? not sure how to fix that!

If you have a POP email account, it could be locked when you check the email account from multiple computers or devices.
See this Apple doc for more info -> iOS: 'Mailbox Locked', account is in use on another device, or prompt to re-enter POP3 password
