Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
The version release notes list "Export a selected range in the Event Browser or the project timeline." as a new feature. So how do I do this? If i select a range in the timeline, using the range tool, and then export via the share menu or button, the whole project gets exported. I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
Final Cut Pro X, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
Works for me- set an in and out with the Range tool in the Project timeline and share from the timeline. Should export only the portion within that range.

When you're exporting you should see this
which indiactes an export selection.
Guess I must have clicked off the selection the first time I tried it.
