Upgrading Macbook Pro (Mid 2009) HDD

Hi friend,

I want to upgrade my Macbook Pro (Mid 2009) HDD. I need to improve the capacity and speed for my recording music and digital painting. The problem is I don't know what type(s) are suitable or a good place(s) to get one (I live in the UK) I've been looking on amazon.co.uk.
